Real Life

Since my last post, we have been adjusting to life in the big city! Ricardo officially started school and is really enjoying it so far. His favorite part of school is making teeth out of wax, but he's enjoying his other classes too. So far he hasn't been too stressed out and we've been able to spend some time together, which is always nice! He also has been serving as the ward mission leader in our ward, so he is enjoying working with the missionaries, who seem to be getting younger and younger! Or maybe I'm just getting older... As for me? I spent the first 10 days after graduation studying for my national board exam called the PANCE. Luckily it wasn't too painful and I am now a licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) in the state of Pennsylvania. At the beginning of September I also accepted a job offer at Albert Einstein Medical Center. This is the hospital where I did my last rotation as a PA student when we first moved here.
